There is a $40 nonrefundable application fee for each applicant. 

Without this fee, your application is considered incomplete.

 

Approval & Move-In Conditions

Sims Property Management will continue to advertise and consider all other applications for the subject property until the following conditions are met:

• Application(s) have been paid for, completely verified and approved

• All Applicants have provided two (2) forms of Photo ID and a copy of their Social Security Card

• Security Deposit and move in fees have been received

• A rental agreement (lease) has been signed by all applicants
